What is an acrobalance act?
Acrobalance is an acrobatic art form which
incorporates elements of Adagio and partner hand
balancing.
Adagio is usually a form of dance where a male and female do
graceful lifts but do not incorporate the art of hand balancing.
Partner hand balancing is usually performed by 2 males doing
hand to hand acrobatic tricks.
In most cases the act consists of a large strong bottom man
supporting a small lithe top mounter.
The Szarka Duo is a unique acrobalance act that sets itself
apart from the norm. Robert is an accomplished hand balancer and
has incorporated this into the adagio act making the act
acrobalance!
Lisa is only 3 inches shorter than Robert adding a
spectacular element to their adagio lifts making the act
extremely visual. Lisa is very strong and supports her 6'ft tall
185 pound partner for many difficult segments of the act.
