DRAG/ROTATE GRADIENT

The "Drag and Rotate" toolbar button accesses this mode.

In "Drag Gradient" mode mouse click a gradient line to select. Mouse click again at one end to rotate, or on the line to drag. The name and zero pressure intercept of the selected line appear at the top of the plot. Gradient lines can also be optionally plotted, extrapolated, and derived from fluid and reservoir data, and from local water system information (see below).

CALCULATE/APPLY FLUID GRADIENT

The Gas gradient window (above) can be used to enter gas and reservoir data in order to calculate gradient and other fluid data. The gradient can automatically be applied to the plot for comparison with measured pressure data.
The windows below can be used to enter water data to either calculate a gradient, or plot a known local gradient.
