The kind of mechanical musical instruments that members collect include Player Pianos (Pianola), Reproducing Pianos, Fair Ground Organs, Music Boxes, Gramophones/ Phonographs, Automata

and a multitude of other types of mechanical musical instruments.

 

 Meetings

Meetings are held once every two months to discuss all aspects of the hobby and enjoy the sights and sounds of mechanical music. Meetings are generally centred in the Sydney area due to the geographical location of the majority of members. Membership is open to anyone interested in mechanical musical instruments (overseas enquiries welcome).

A Bulletin issues six times a year to provide members with details of activities and news.
